Kentucky Smokin’ & Grillin’ Dry Rub (Recipe)

“This rub is great! We use it for smoking brisket, ribs,…or grilling chicken and chops! Awesome flavor you can’t get from store bought rubs that are full of additives.”

ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    directions :

  1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. You can store in an air-tight container or resealable bag, but it’s best fresh.Use this dry rub for pork, chicken, or beef in the smoker, or add 1/4 cup of cider vinegar, and use it as a grilling sauce. It’s fantastic!
